At Natasha Gan, we want you to love your designer pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your garments into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
